12th Chamber – The Last Laugh

Your Mission, if you choose to accept it, is to Laugh (like you mean it).

If you are like most people, you laugh now and then.

When was your last laugh? Yesterday? Today?

Ok, now the hard question…

When was the last time you laughed when you were alone?

I bet you can’t remember being happy all by yourself.

Happy enough to laugh out loud (for real).

When was your Last Laugh?

Let’s fix that.

  • Step One: Go find a bike and make it safe. Take it for a spin. Not TO SOMEWHERE, but on your street. On your cul-de-sac.
  • Step Two: Laugh. I dare you. How? Just let out a little giggle, small at first.
  • Step Three: Pass it on. Give someone else permission. Don’t have the Last Laugh…
  • Mission Accomplished: Over time, you will let joy bubble up out of your life and out as laughter.

Homework: When shit goes sideways, when things are anxious and terrible, laugh. I have been in some horrible situations that were cured by laughter.
